Etter at president Biden trakk seg som kandidat, har valgkampen tilsynelatende fått en ny dynamikk. Men har den det? Frontene er steile og ingen av kandidatene har per i dag (19. september) en avgjørende fordel.
Foredraget er en historisk analyse av bakgrunnen til begge kandidatene, og fortsetter med en vurdering av hva som vil skje når en vinner er erklært. Hva vil en ny president gjøre? Dette settes til slutt i et internasjonalt perspektiv.

The presentation offers a historical analysis of both candidates' backgrounds and then proceeds to evaluate what will happen once a winner is declared. What will the new president do? This is then examined in an international perspective to understand the global implications of their victory.
