Morning birds, 7 AM clubbers, and curious newcomers—it's here: RISE'n SHINE - Havet Morning Club! Start your day like a champion with movement, breathwork, sauna, and cold exposure.
Ever heard that dancing can boost your mood, or that breathwork can set a whole new tone for your day? Are you dreaming of enhanced productivity but unsure where to start? Or perhaps you simply want to experience a guided morning routine with like-minded people?

Havet Morning Club is here to provide the ultimate kick-start to your day.

We begin at 7 AM in Langhuset (the first pyramid) with invigorating morning routines.

At 8:15, we’ll change into swimwear, energize with a cold-water dip, and sweat it out in a hot sauna. (Yes—please follow this order: cold first!)

The sauna is available until 9:30 AM, but feel free to keep it short and sweet if needed. If you'd prefer, you’re also welcome to join just the movement/breathwork portion of the morning.
These practices are suitable for all levels but are quite active. Modifications will be offered, and you’re free to decide your level of commitment.

Havet Morning Club is hosted by Sanni Parkkinen, an experienced breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and movement enthusiast with extensive knowledge of sauna culture and ice bathing. Guest teachers can appear.

Fridays
7:00 AM: Start in Langhuset (Pyramid building) - 60–75 minutes of practice
8:15 AM: Sauna & cold-water dip
9:30 AM: Thank you and see you next time!

14.2. Shake the Dust
This is not your typical class! We’ll journey through perpetual movement, rest, release, and free expression. Featuring shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement (with some yoga too), pilates, somatics, and bodyweight training—not to mention a kick-ass curated playlist—this class is designed for everyone. Expect cathartic release, a great workout, SWEAT, and a strong, resilient body.

28.2. Breathwork
A breathwork session to prepare you for cold exposure! This practice combines warm-up movements, active exhalations, controlled hyperventilation (deeper breaths), and breath holds to strengthen your nervous system, clarify your mind, and create a powerful contrast between effort and relaxation. Start your day alert yet relaxed!

25.4. Morning Yoga Flow
Let your body flow in this morning yoga flow. A holistic yoga practice with movement, positions, pranayama and meditation in the end with the intention to open up the body, clarify the mind and set a tone for the rest of the weekend.

30.5. Morning Rave (DJ to be announced)
We will start by guiding the body into the flow of music. Free movement & dance follows. Dance to come back home. Dance to feel the inner beat. Dance to smile on the inside. Dance to drop down to the wisdom of the inner flow. Dance to energize. Dance to ground. Dance to be free.
