Democracy and human rights are not luxuries—they require participation.
This 90-minute workshop helps feminists, immigrants, and allies recognize their existing power, use AI and technology to break language barriers, and turn awareness into public action.
Participants will leave with concrete commitments and collective accountability to speak up, be seen, and build power together.
Presentation and panel in English; questions in Norwegian or other languages are welcome; discussions and workshop work will be done in small groups. We will do our best to ensure your discussion partners make you feel seen and understood, in whatever language you use.

Meet the Coach: Elizabeth Sturdy, founder of Sturdy Coaching, is a career wellbeing coach (Certified CPCC ACC). She works with internationals, researchers, and leaders to cut through avoidance, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. The goal? To build resilience, clarity, and sustainable ways of working and living, and find more joy and sparkle along the way!
